He sure can don’t you remember boot camp, but if you can’t make it all the way he can’t punish you for no being able to. So just go as far as you can and stop.

As an Army physical therapist who write those chits and profiles I can tell you that your unit can make you violate the profile. Per regs we in the medical field can only make recommendations. However you CO is responsible for you and has the true decision to break your profile. my question is why is he making you break the profile my experience is that either the NCO or the soldier is piss poor neither can be fixed by the medical community. I agree with taking up your COC If you are a straight shooter they should have your back. (no pun intended) If you are a less then stellar performer you may have dug this hole. Everyone gets legitimately hurt from time to time. But trouble soldiers get less slack. Hopefully that isn’t you. Sometimes the medical provider who wrote the chit can intercede for you many times the CCOC doesn’tknow what squad leaders are making guys do. I have had to make more than a few phone calls to 1SGs to get them to help me out.

try and do the best you can. just remember to go to the doctors and report all the pain you are feeling and then have it logged in your medical records and don’t forget to make a copy so when you get out of the military you can go to the VA and get money from the military.

    Yes they can…
If you fail it they can Discharge you…as Undeployable.
Personally I think you are just trying to skate…
You are in the Military not back on the block…
You will earn your keep and no one else is going
to carry your load…they will not allow you to give up.

Yes. A profile is a recommendation to your leadership. Not an order. Good luck.

Take it up with the Medic CO… No he can’t make you…

Is it a temp profile or a permanent profile?

If you have a profile saying he can’t then no he can’t but you’ll do it anyway and if you’re hurt worse it’s his career.
