As my question suggests, I’ll be going on an Alaskan cruise via Princess Cruises in mid-June. I’m just curious as to what I should pack for this type of cruise because it’s not the run-of-the-mill, warm-weather-type cruise. Is there a chance there won’t be any snow? I have all the winter gear I need I just want to know if an ice axe and crampons are always needed during that time of the year. I am taking the Mt. Whitney trail.
